The host, Ricardo, was the nicest person. The room has everything you need, including real good coffee. They lend you chairs and umbrellas wish will save you a minimum of $500 a day. Close to everything. I recommend it with no reservations.

Staff is friendly, location is good. Short walking distance to everything in downtown including the best mall in cancun. Overall it's a good cheaper option for staying in downtown. Bed is comfy as well!

It was quiet (our room faced the inner courtyard and not the busy street on the other side. The bed was comfortable. Large bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Fridge in the room was convenient. Good wifi. Pool area was pleasant to spend a while at while we waited to go to the airport. Our room was bright. There is a mall with multiple food options, as well as a few restaurants within walking distance (though it's a bit difficult to cross the multi-lane streets).

friendly and smooth check in. the location was good for me and only at a 5’ walk from the mall. personal really helpful with whatever questions I had. I needed my laundry to be done, due to communication issue I ended up running to the laundromat but it was closed, it Ryan a friendly lady from the staff did it for me for a very affordable price in less than two hours time I had everything back nicely folded. that was amazing and a personal touch always adds up to how you experience your stay. thank you so much!

Location was great and the hotel was clean. There was a huge shopping literally across the street where you can find all kinds of restaurants.

Location is great, really close to a shopping mall and easy to take a bus to the beaches. Room is silent and has a decent size.

I love this place. They are owned by a local family and not a chain. It’s heaven. The staff is super friendly and I feel peace and security when I stay there. I will always stay there when needed. Thanks
